Probably about $5,000 a year. Plus accident coverage for the participants, plus workers comp coverage, plus property coverage.

There are some great resources online or contact a local insurance agent. For a small company (less than 10 employees) State Farm, Nationwide, or Liberty Mutual are great choices and they can meet your needs as the business grows.

I know my buddy pays around $100/mo for $1,000,000 insurance policy. He owns a garage door company in it’s startup phase with no employees.
I believe it can vary by a lot with deductibles and such. I would suggest using a price comparison site that gets you multiple quotes like http://www.usinsuranceonline.com/ they have a pull down option for “business insurance” on that main page to get quotes from different providers.

This would depend on: how long the business has been in operation; where it is operating from; how much the company makes per year; past claims experience; how old the participants are; how many participants the business sees per year; the description of the facilities and the surrounding area; does the center do daytime only or are there any camps or overnight programs; does the business provide any food or beverages. depending on the answers and the limit required it can range from $750 to $10,000.
